v4.1 - Phase 1 - Identity, truth, and UX depthShipped

Closed the gap between what the site claimed and what's actually true. Every Aarchid surface now credits Dilpreet Grover as co-creator, stacks reflect reality, and the command palette gained the actions a power user expects.

  • Aarchid case study rewritten with the real Edge Stack (Gemini + Exa AI API + Cloudflare Workers)
  • Home metrics derive from content - no more hardcoded numbers

v4.0 - Phase 0 - ConsolidationShipped

Moved v1 → v3, legacy HTMLs, and the portfolio-next experiment into /archive. Promoted v4 to the single source of truth, split it into its own repo, and drafted the GitHub profile README.

14-page static site with CDN-only dependencies. The constitution-driven design system behind v4 was authored here.
